Job Summary: The Network Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing strategic plans around Sickle Cell Disease Networks in a manner compliant with all Novartis policies and procedures. The Network Manager collaborates with cross-functional colleagues as appropriate to develop and execute opportunities aligned with the brand strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for complete business ownership: Creation and execution of Network business plans for territories to include setting objectives and strategy, promoting Adakveo to drive clinical advocacy and working with key Account stakeholders to ensure the best possible experience. * Establish Novartis as the business partner of choice in SCD Centers & Networks and support the customer-centric approach * Collaborate with Strategic PS&A/Managed Markets field based associates as appropriate -to create value driven initiatives with targeted customers: i.e. Map flow of payments within Network -- payer mix, purchasing patterns, account business model -- to provide input into market access strategies * Implement Brand Strategy and Marketing tactics according to the territory archetype * Support product access, implement competitive response/pull-through strategies, maintain and grow key relationships with Network stakeholder in line with defined target priorities in a manner consistent and compliant with company policies and requirements * Stays abreast of competitive landscape for use in business planning * Works within Ethics and Compliance policies and ensures those around him/her do the same.
