Assist the Athletics Department on the administration and supervision of the Athletics Department's external operations with primary focus on revenue generation, corporate sales, annual giving and special event fundraising, brand identity, alumni relations, and partnership development with on and off campus parties.
Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration or related field.
Required Work Experience:
Experience with Intercollegiate Athletics as a student athlete or employee.

1. Oversight of the Athletics Department’s comprehensive marketing efforts including annual advertising/sponsorship sales, game day promotions and activation, development of general and sport specific promotional plans resulting in enhanced revenue generation and the promotion of awareness. 2. Oversight of the Athletics Department’s Bulldog Athletic Association (BAA) and the implementation of strategies to grow athletics annual giving program. 3. Member of the Athletics Department’s External Operations Committee that consists of Athletics Communications, Game Operations, Ticketing, Marketing and other department members 4. Serve as a member of the Athletics Director’s Senior Staff. 5. Manage and provide oversight of various department service provider contracts as assigned by the Athletics Director. 6. Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with Athletics Communications and University Advancement and Marketing that engages fans, alumni and donors to enhance the Bulldog brand and increase revenue and gifts. 7. Serve as Athletics Department liaison on various committees (Homecoming, Town and Gown, Hall of Fame, etc.) and other committees as assigned. 8. Serve as an active team member in the development and implementation of University Advancement goals. 9. Gather, record and properly store information about prospects and donors utilizing the University’s donor and alumni tracking database. 10. Reports directly to the AVP for Advancement in collaboration with the Athletics Director. 11. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of designated information. 12. Performs all duties in compliance with applicable University policies and procedures, the NCAA, state and federal requirements. 13. Supervise all external operations student employees and interns as assigned. 14. Directly involved in identifying, cultivating, recruiting and securing sponsors, donors, ticket buyers and friends of our programs. 15. Coordinate sponsors and sponsorship packages - Oversight of Peak Sports third party 16. Trademark licensing coordination. 17. Oversite of ticket sales strategy. 18. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members. 19. Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.
