Responsible for growing and maintaining current customer base as well adding distribution to assigned territory. Northeast Area Coverage: ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI, PA, NJ,DE, MD, WV, VA. This is a remote position, however, territory will be an 8 to 12 hour radius from your home base.
Attend trade shows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies, and strength of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of products.
Maintain customer files and information in database.
Prepare segment sales forecasts by units and dollars.
Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary.
Provide sales input for quarterly strategic planning process.
Interface with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance.
Provide input on advertising, literature, and promotion materials.
Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive.
Create and maintain professional relationships with all team members and customers/prospects.
Has exceptional working knowledge of our kits and products.
Travel is required, averaging 2 weeks per month visiting current customers and prospective customers.
Trip reports are required following customer visits and events.
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office expertise (emphasis on Excel).

HS diploma or equivalent; Sales and/or Marketing degree a plus
3+ years of off-road sales or similar industry is ideal
