HOURS: 37.5 hours per week. Approximately 75% of work includes evening and weekend hours (remote work). Remaining on-campus hours are required. Schedule and remote work hours may vary as determined by the College.

Some remote work hours may be completed after successful completion of on-campus training and orientation. Must live within commutable distance and be available for on-campus hours as scheduled/required (up to and including all work hours if deemed required).
JOB SUMMARY: Provide services to prospective and current students regarding the application and registration processes, working collaboratively with advising, admissions, and dual enrollment staff, guiding students through the processes to ensure successful processing of related items.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the advising process by working directly with key college partners to promote available SC4 course options.
Provide academic advising and educational planning to students related to course needs in alignment with student academic programs.
Provide information and guidance to prospective and current students within the enrollment and registration processes.
Meet with students to help navigate the use of Student Planning to create course schedules, monitor degree progress, and register for classes.
Assist with the completion of the FAFSA, apply for scholarships, and answer general questions about college policies and procedures
Conduct outreach activities using a variety of channels to expand enrollment and student recruitment.
Assist with student recruitment and retention efforts as assigned.
Participate in admissions, testing, and College-wide meetings, committees, and training sessions, as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Manager of Academic Advising
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required in sales, marketing, educational administration, general business, or education.
