Annual Salary: $46,500-$48,425 based on skills, qualifications, and experience

JOB SUMMARY: This position works collaboratively with Advising and Admissions by guiding prospective students through the Advising registration process to promote and process all related items.

Some remote work hours may be completed after successful completion of on-campus training and orientation. Must live within commutable distance and be available for on-campus hours as scheduled/required (up to and including all work hours if deemed required).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the admission process by working directly with key college partners to promote available SC4 course options, provide advising related to course needs in alignment with student academic programs, and complete the registration process
Provide information and assistance to current, prospective, and dual enrollment students to complete the required application and enrollment processes.
Provide campus tours and attend recruitment activities and information sessions as needed.
Meet with students to help navigate the use of Student Planning to create course schedules, monitor degree progress, and register for classes.
Help students complete the FAFSA, apply for scholarships, and answer general questions about college policies and procedures.
Build connections and enter student prospect information into the Admissions Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, providing follow-up via phone, email, and other communication vehicles to encourage enrollment.
Promote SC4 via on-campus tours and off-campus visits to schools and community organizations.
Provide academic advising and educational planning to support students as requested.
Participate in meetings, committees, and training sessions, as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Executive Director of DEI, Student Recruitment, Advising & Admissions.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred major subject areas are sales, marketing, educational administration, general business, or education. Prefer experience with CRM systems and higher education admissions practices.
