JOB SUMMARY: ­­­The Membership Systems and Data Analyst is directly responsible for managing MASB's Microsoft Dynamics 365-based membership and customer relationship management systems.  This position provides advanced reports and dashboards to senior leadership and staff, analytical support for business operations, and continuous monitoring of the software's performance and the data's quality.  This position works collaboratively with MASB’s four-member IT team to provide solutions regarding data retention, database management, and ongoing IT support for MASB and several external client organizations.  This person will also work closely with the IT team to provide solution consultation for data retention, database management, ongoing support, and strategies for various
