Working/Functional Title Spartan Spirit Shop Retail Manager Position Summary Manages and oversees all retail operations for Spartan Spirit Shop at 1855 Place to increase revenues and ensure financial success; collaborates with other Spartan Spirit Shop managers at MSU Union, Forest Akers Pro Shop, and the Tennis Facility to promote, market, and sell products; coordinates, maintains, and oversees inventory of all retail items for Spartan Spirit Shop at 1855 Place to optimize sales and revenues; completes bi-annual inventory of all retail merchandise for Spartan Spirit Shops; creates, implements, and updates all policies and standard operating procedures for Spartan Spirit Shop operations in order to to increase efficiency; creates, oversees, and is responsible fo
