Job Description: Initiates and develops marketing plans to launch new professional development program offerings.Plans and executes external outreach to human resources and corporate training managers to promote professional development offerings. Builds relationships with these clients to secure their business and provide new revenue generation for the University and college departments.Initiates discussions with internal University instructors to ensure the design, development and implementation of on-demand and customized professional development programs meet client needs and build on the goals of academic innovation.Implements market research to identify trends and opportunities for new professional development program expansions.
